How to cook deliciously - Gabriel Bremer's White Gazpacho
1. Stage
Slice half baguette into 1-inch slices and place into a large mixing bowl with 4 cups tap water. Let soak until soft (this will take approximately 5 to 10 minutes).
2. Stage
In a blender add the almonds, mineral water, garlic, and grapes and process until smooth. (You may have to do this in two batches.)
3. Stage
Add the softened bread, olive oil, and vinegar to this mixture and process once again until smooth. Pass the soup through a fine strainer and season with salt and pepper.
4. Stage
Chill 1 hour before serving. To garnish soup add thinly sliced radishes, grapes, and toasted almonds.
