Ingredients for - Garlicky Roasted Mushrooms

1. Salted butter, or more to taste 6 tablespoons
2. White mushrooms, stemmed 16 large
3. Garlic, minced 3 cloves
4. Chopped fresh thyme 2 tablespoons
5. Lemon juice 1 ½ tablespoons
6. Salt and ground black pepper to taste 1 ½ tablespoons
7. Panko bread crumbs 2 tablespoons

How to cook deliciously - Garlicky Roasted Mushrooms

1 . Stage

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).

2 . Stage

Heat butter in a large frying pan over medium heat. Add mushrooms, cap-sides down, and cook until softened, about 10 minutes. Transfer to a baking dish and arrange with stalks up.

3 . Stage

Mix garlic, thyme, lemon juice, salt, and pepper together in a small bowl. Pour in remaining butter from the frying pan; mix well and spoon over mushrooms. Sprinkle bread crumbs over top.

4 . Stage

Roast in the preheated oven for 10 to 12 minutes.
