2. Onion powder, or more to taste - ¼ teaspoon
3. Garlic powder, or to taste - ¼ teaspoon
4. Salt and ground black pepper to taste - ¼ teaspoon
5. Cubed beef stew meat - 1 ½ pounds
6. Vegetable oil - 1 tablespoon
7. Baby carrots, quartered - ½ (16 ounce) package
8. Yellow onion, quartered and sliced - ½
9. Red potatoes, quartered - 4
10. Celery, roughly chopped - 2 stalks
11. Garlic, chopped - 2 cloves
12. Red wine - ¾ cup
13. Beef broth - ¼ cup
14. Tomato paste - ¼ cup
15. Dried rosemary - 1 teaspoon

How to cook deliciously - Slow Cooker Italian Beef Stew

1. Stage

Whisk flour, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper together in a shallow bowl. Add beef to seasoned flour and toss to evenly coat; shake off any excess flour.

2. Stage

Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook beef in hot oil until browned on all sides, 5 to 10 minutes. Transfer beef to slow cooker; add carrots, onion, potatoes, celery, and garlic.

Whisk red wine, beef broth, tomato paste, and rosemary together in a bowl until smooth; pour over beef and vegetables.
