1. 1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened -
2. 1 cup sour cream -
3. 1/3 cup sugar -
4. 2 teaspoons vanilla extract -
5. 2 pounds seedless red grapes -
6. 2 pounds seedless green grapes -
7. 3 tablespoons brown sugar -
8. 3 tablespoons chopped pecans -

How to cook deliciously - Grape Salad

1. Stage

In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese, sour cream, sugar and vanilla until they're blended. Editor’s Tip: You can whisk the dressing by hand, but a hand mixer will ensure that the mixture is smooth and lump-free.

2. Stage

Add the grapes, and toss them in the dressing to coat. Transfer the salad to a serving bowl. Cover it, and refrigerate until you're ready to serve.

3. Stage

Sprinkle the grape salad with brown sugar and pecans just before serving.
