1. 2 can Chicken Gumbo Soup -
2. 1 Soup Can Water -
3. 1 tsp. dried minced onion -
4. 1/2 tsp. Cajun seasoning -
5. 1/2 tsp. garlic powder -
6. 1 c. frozen okra -
7. 3/4 c. uncooked instant white rice -
8. 1/2 lb. ham -
9. 1/2 lb. shrimp -

How to cook deliciously - Gumbo Casserole

1. Stage

Heat the oven to 375 degrees F. Stir the soup, water, onion, Cajun seasoning, garlic powder, okra, rice, ham and shrimp in a 2-quart casserole.

2. Stage

Bake for 35 minutes or until the gumbo is hot and bubbling. Stir the gumbo before serving.

Tip: Try stirring in a little diced andouille sausage for even more Cajun-style flavor!
