7. Lemon juice - 2 tablespoons
8. Shallot, thinly sliced - 1
9. Chopped fresh thyme - 1 tablespoon
10. Ground black pepper to taste - 1 tablespoon
11. Crushed red pepper flakes - 1 pinch
