7. White sugar - 1 tablespoon
8. Garlic, minced - 1 clove
9. Salt - 1 teaspoon
10. Ground black pepper - ½ teaspoon
11. Safflower oil - 2 tablespoons

How to cook deliciously - Shredded Apple Carrot Salad

1. Stage

Heat a skillet over medium heat; pour sesame seeds into the hot skillet. Cook, stirring often, until sesame seeds are lightly browned and fragrant, 3 to 5 minutes. Remove from heat.
