2. 2 teaspoons lemon juice -
3. 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley -
4. 1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary, crushed -
5. 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme, crushed -
6. 1/4 teaspoon pepper -

How to cook deliciously - Herbed Pork Chops

1. Stage

Sprinkle pork chops with lemon juice. In a small bowl, combine the parsley, rosemary, thyme and pepper; rub over chops.

2. Stage

Grill, covered, over medium heat for 4-5 minutes on each side or until a thermometer reads 145°. Let meat stand for 5 minutes before serving.
