1. 6 bone-in center-cut pork loin chops (7 ounces each) -
2. 1 tablespoon olive oil -
3. 3 medium apples, peeled and sliced -
4. 1 cup water -
5. 1/2 cup maple syrup -
6. 1/4 cup apple butter -
7. 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard -
8. 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce -
9. 1/4 teaspoon garlic salt with parsley -
10. 1/4 teaspoon pepper -

How to cook deliciously - Apple Maple Chops

1. Stage

Pat pork chops dry with a paper towel. In a large skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat. Quickly cook chops until browned, 1-2 minutes per side; remove from pan. Place chops and apples in a 5-qt. slow cooker.

In a small bowl, combine the remaining ingredients; pour sauce mixture over the chops and apples. Cover and cook on low until meat is tender, 3-4 hours.
