1. Water - 6 cups
2. Dried hibiscus petals - ¾ cup
3. Honey - ½ cup
4. Cinnamon sticks - 2
5. Ground cardamom - 1 teaspoon
6. Rose wine - 2 (750 milliliter) bottles
7. Brandy - ¾ cup
8. Brown sugar - ½ cup
9. Elderflower syrup - ½ cup
10. Triple sec - ¼ cup
11. Fresh pineapple - peeled, cored, and cut into chunks - ½
12. Granny Smith apples, cut into chunks - 2
13. Strawberries, cut into chunks - 1 pint
14. Oranges, cut into small chunks - 2
15. Lemon, cut into small chunks - 1

How to cook deliciously - Hibiscus Sangria

1. Stage

Bring water, hibiscus petals, honey, cinnamon sticks, and cardamom to a boil in a large pot. Remove from heat and allow to steep for 1 hour; strain. Stir wine, brandy, brown sugar, elderflower syrup, and triple sec into strained hibiscus water until sugar is dissolved. Add pineapple, apples, strawberries, oranges, and lemon. Refrigerate 8 hours or overnight.
