1. Kielbasa sausages, chopped 2

3. Celery, chopped 2 stalks
4. Onion, chopped 1
5. Crushed tomatoes 1 (14.5 ounce) can
6. Dried lentils 2 cups
7. Water 2 cups
8. Wine 2 cups
9. Olive oil ¼ cup
10. Garlic, minced 2 cloves
11. Dried oregano 1 teaspoon
12. Dried basil 1 teaspoon
13. Dried thyme ½ teaspoon
14. Bay leaf 1
15. Salt and ground black pepper to taste 1
16. Fresh spinach leaves ½ cup

How to cook deliciously - Slow Cooker Lentil Soup with Sausage

1 . Stage

Combine sausages, carrots, celery, onion, tomatoes, lentils, water, wine, oil, garlic, oregano, basil, thyme, bay leaf, salt, and pepper in the bottom of a slow cooker.

2 . Stage

Cover and cook on Low until lentils are tender and sausage is no longer pink, 6 to 8 hours.

3 . Stage

When ready to serve, stir in spinach and cook until it wilts, 7 to 10 minutes. Remove bay leaf.
