1. Skim milk 2 cups
2. Honey 2 tablespoons
3. Ground cinnamon 1 tablespoon
4. Dry couscous 2 cups
5. Slivered almonds ½ cup
6. Chopped dried apricots ⅓ cup
7. Raisins ⅓ cup

How to cook deliciously - Hot Breakfast Couscous

1 . Stage

Combine milk, honey and cinnamon in a saucepan over medium heat. As soon as it comes to a boil, stir in couscous. Turn off heat.

2 . Stage

Cover and let stand for 5 minutes. Stir in almonds, apricots, and raisins.
