1. Skim milk - 2 cups
2. Honey - 2 tablespoons
3. Ground cinnamon - 1 tablespoon
4. Dry couscous - 2 cups
5. Slivered almonds - ½ cup
6. Chopped dried apricots - ⅓ cup
7. Raisins - ⅓ cup

How to cook deliciously - Hot Breakfast Couscous

1. Stage

Combine milk, honey and cinnamon in a saucepan over medium heat. As soon as it comes to a boil, stir in couscous. Turn off heat.

2. Stage

Cover and let stand for 5 minutes. Stir in almonds, apricots, and raisins.
