Ingredients for - Jaeger Schnitzel

1. Boneless pork chops, cubed 2 pounds
2. Oil for frying 2 pounds
3. Eggs, beaten 2
4. Plain bread crumbs 2
5. Dry mushroom gravy mix 3 (1 ounce) packages
6. Fresh mushrooms, coarsely chopped 1 pound
7. Dry egg noodles 1 (16 ounce) package

How to cook deliciously - Jaeger Schnitzel

1 . Stage

Pound out cubed pork, and cut in half.

2 . Stage

Heat oil in a large skillet or Dutch oven over medium heat. Dip pork in egg, then bread crumbs, and place in hot oil. Cook, turning, until golden brown. Remove to a warm plate.

3 . Stage

Prepare gravy mix according to package directions. Stir in mushrooms, and cook with gravy.

4 . Stage

Meanwhile, bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add the egg noodles, and cook until al dente, about 8 to 10 minutes; drain.

5 . Stage

Serve pork over noodles and smother with gravy.
