Ingredients for - Carrot Bread

1. All-purpose flour - 2 ½ cups
2. White sugar - 1 cup
3. Baking powder - 1 teaspoon
4. Baking soda - 1 teaspoon
5. Ground cinnamon - 1 teaspoon
6. Salt - ½ teaspoon
7. Eggs, beaten - 3
8. Vegetable oil - ½ cup
9. Milk - ½ cup
10. Shredded carrots - 2 cups
11. Flaked coconut - 1 (3.5 ounce) package
12. Maraschino cherries, chopped - ½ cup
13. Raisins - ½ cup
14. Chopped walnuts - ½ cup

How to cook deliciously - Carrot Bread

1. Stage

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly grease a 9x5-inch loaf pan.

2. Stage

In a large bowl, sift together flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt. Combine eggs, oil, and milk; stir into flour mixture until well blended. Stir in carrots, coconut, cherries, raisins, and walnuts. Pour batter into prepared pan.

3. Stage

Bake in the preheated oven 50 to 60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into center of the loaf comes out clean. Let cool on a wire rack for 10 minutes before removing from the pan to cool completely. Store in plastic wrap to keep moist.
