1. Boneless chicken thighs, cut into 1/3-inch pieces across the grain - 1 pound
2. Light soy sauce - 2 tablespoons
3. Brown sugar - 2 tablespoons
4. Ground black pepper - ¼ teaspoon
5. Vegetable oil - 2 tablespoons
6. Chopped onion - ¼ cup
7. Garlic, chopped - 4 cloves
8. Eggs, beaten - 2
9. Light soy sauce - 3 tablespoons
10. White sugar - 1 teaspoon
11. Ground white pepper - 1 teaspoon
12. Leftover cooked rice - 4 cups
13. Thinly sliced green onions - ¼ cup
14. Chopped cilantro - ¼ cup

How to cook deliciously - Perfect Thai Fried Rice With Marinated Chicken

1. Stage

Combine chicken thighs, 2 tablespoons soy sauce, brown sugar, and black pepper in a bowl. Cover and marinate in the refrigerator, 2 hours to overnight.

Heat a wok or very large skillet over high heat for 30 seconds. Pour in vegetable oil. Reduce heat to medium; add onion and garlic. Cook and stir until fragrant, about 2 minutes.

Increase heat to high and add marinated chicken to the wok; cook, stirring constantly, until no longer pink, about 4 minutes.
