1. Kielbasa sausage 1 pound
2. Olive oil 1 tablespoon
3. Red bell pepper, cut into chunks 1 medium
4. Onion, cut into chunks 1 medium
5. Minced garlic 2 teaspoons
6. Salt and ground black pepper to taste 2 teaspoons
7. Apple, cut into chunks 1 medium
8. Shredded Cheddar cheese ½ cup

How to cook deliciously - Kielbasa Sausage with Apples and Onions

1 . Stage

Remove skin from the kielbasa and slice into bite-sized pieces.

Heat oil in a large frying pan over medium heat. Add kielbasa, bell pepper, onion, and garlic. Fry until veggies have softened, 5 to 7 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
