1. Butter 3 tablespoons
2. Chopped onion 1 cup
3. Garlic, minced 1 clove
4. Ground beef 1 pound
5. Tomatoes, chopped 2 medium
6. Frozen peas 1 cup
7. Masala curry powder 1 tablespoon
8. Salt 1 ½ teaspoons
9. Paprika 1 teaspoon
10. Chili powder ½ teaspoon
11. Ground black pepper 1 pinch
12. Flaked coconut, or to taste ¼ cup

How to cook deliciously - Kima (Ground Beef and Peas)

1 . Stage

Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add onion and garlic; cook and stir until onion is translucent, 3 to 5 minutes. Stir in beef; cook until crumbly and no longer pink, 5 to 10 minutes. Drain excess fat.

2 . Stage

Stir tomatoes, peas, curry powder, salt, paprika, chili powder, and pepper into beef mixture; cook until thickened, about 20 minutes. Garnish with coconut.
