How to cook deliciously - Lenten bean and carrot salad
1. Stage
Put the beans from a can (or take boiled beans). The beans should be red beans in their own juice. You can also take the red beans cooked with your own hands. To do this, soak them in water overnight, and then boil them for about half an hour until they are ready.
