Grease the bowl of the multicooker with vegetable oil. I also lined it with baking paper and oiled it just in case. I do not put a photo - it does not look very photogenic. We put in a multicooker mode "baking" for 1 hour and 35 minutes. This is for my multi, you are guided by yours, please. After the signal of readiness we do not open the lid of multicooker right away. Open it after about 30 minutes. Take out the cake base with a plate and flip it over with a steam cooker. Leave to cool.

Now it's time to prepare the cream for our cake. Pour the juice into a saucepan and heat it to a boil (if you want, you can add sugar. I added both sugar and lemon juice, which would be to my liking). When the juice comes to a boil, we start pouring in semolina in a thin stream. The juice is constantly stirring, so there would be no lumps. And so, stirring, cook on low heat at boiling for 15 minutes.

Then remove from the fire. Slightly cool and whip in the cold with a mixer. I just put the pan with the future cream in another container with cold water.

Here we have whipped the cream. Now we can apply it to our cakes. Apply it a little away from the edge of the cake and not too thick, because when you put the next cake on top of the cream, our layer will start to flow down the sides... Not so great))) And so we grease two cakes. When we put the last top cake, then we also smear it with a thin layer of cream. This is so that on it the decorations were kept)

Now we sprinkle the top of the cream-soaked cake with almond petals and coconut shavings. And our Lenten cake is ready! We put it in the fridge overnight, so that it would infuse and the cream would harden properly.
