1. 1 package (7 ounces) macaroni -
2. 1/4 cup butter -
3. 1/4 cup all-purpose flour -
4. 2 cups milk -
5. 8 ounces process cheese (Velveeta), cubed -
6. 1 tablespoon chopped onion -
7. 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce -
8. 1/2 teaspoon salt -
9. 1/4 teaspoon pepper -
10. 1/4 teaspoon ground mustard -
11. 2 tablespoons seasoned bread crumbs -

How to cook deliciously - Macaroni Au Gratin

1. Stage

Cook macaroni according to package directions; drain. Place in a greased 2-qt. baking dish; set aside.

In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Stir in flour until well blended. Gradually add milk; bring to a boil. Cook and stir for 2 minutes; reduce heat. Add cheese, onion, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper and mustard; stir until cheese melts.

3. Stage

Pour over macaroni and mix well. Sprinkle with bread crumbs. Bake, uncovered, at 375° for 30 minutes.
