3. Dried oregano - 1 tablespoon
4. Chopped garlic - 1 tablespoon
5. Chickpeas, drained - 1 (15 ounce) can
6. Small black olives, drained - 1 (6 ounce) can
7. Marinated artichoke hearts, drained - 1 (6 ounce) jar
8. Roasted red peppers, drained and chopped - 1 (6 ounce) jar
9. Crumbled feta cheese - 3 ounces
10. Non-pareil capers, rinsed and drained - 1 ½ ounces
11. Dolmas (grape leaves), drained and rinsed (Optional) - 1 (10 ounce) jar

How to cook deliciously - Mediterranean-Inspired Chickpea Salad

1. Stage

Whisk together oil, vinegar, oregano, and garlic for the dressing in a small bowl until blended.

Mix together chickpeas, olives, artichoke hearts, roasted red peppers, feta cheese, and capers in a large bowl. Add dressing and toss to coat. Serve with dolmas, if desired.
