1. Chocolate-covered mint cookies (such as Girl Scout Thin Mints®), finely crushed - 1 (10 ounce) package
2. Cream cheese, softened - 4 (8 ounce) packages
3. White sugar - 1 ½ cups
4. Milk - ¾ cup
5. Eggs, at room temperature - 4
6. Sour cream - 1 cup
7. All-purpose flour - ¼ cup
8. Vanilla extract - 1 tablespoon

1. Stage

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Line a 12-cup muffin tin with cupcake liners.

Spread a heaping teaspoon of crushed cookies over the bottom of each muffin cup.
