Ingredients for - Naan Veggie Pizza

1. Naan (2-pack oval flatbreads) - 1 (8.8 ounce) package
2. Olive oil, divided, or as needed - 3 tablespoons
3. Sliced fresh mushrooms - 1 cup
4. Tomato, chopped - 1 medium
5. Bell pepper, sliced - 1 medium
6. Red onion, chopped - 1 small
7. Chopped fresh basil, or to taste (Optional) - 1 tablespoon
8. Chopped fresh oregano, or to taste (Optional) - 1 tablespoon
9. Red pepper flakes, or to taste (Optional) - ½ teaspoon
10. Finely minced garlic - 1 tablespoon
11. Shredded mozzarella cheese - 3 cups

How to cook deliciously - Naan Veggie Pizza

1. Stage

Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).

2. Stage

Place both naan onto a large rimmed baking sheet; brush 1 tablespoon oil over each.

Bake in the preheated oven until lightly toasted, 5 to 10 minutes.

Meanwhile, stir mushrooms, tomato, bell pepper, onion, basil, oregano, and pepper flakes together in a bowl. Stir in garlic and remaining 1 tablespoon oil.

Remove naan from the oven. Spread mozzarella cheese over top, then add vegetable mixture. Return to the oven and bake until cheese is melted and vegetables are cooked through, 10 to 15 minutes.
