Ingredients for - Spinach, Sausage and Cheese Bake

1. Italian sausage - 1 pound
2. Tomato sauce - 1 (8 ounce) can
3. Frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained - 2 (10 ounce) packages
4. Cottage cheese - 2 cups
5. Grated Parmesan cheese - ½ cup
6. Egg, beaten - 1
7. Shredded mozzarella cheese - 2 cups

How to cook deliciously - Spinach, Sausage and Cheese Bake

1. Stage

Brown sausage in skillet over medium high heat. Drain fat from skillet and stir in tomato sauce. Set mixture aside.

2. Stage

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

3. Stage

In a large bowl, combine the spinach, cottage cheese, Parmesan cheese and egg. Mix well and spread mixture in the bottom of a 9x13 inch baking dish. Spoon sausage mixture over spinach mixture and top with mozzarella cheese.

4. Stage

Bake in preheated oven for 40 minutes.
