Ingredients for - Parmesan and Basil Chicken Salad

1. Whole skinless, boneless chicken breasts - 2
2. Salt and pepper to taste - 2
3. Mayonnaise - 1 cup
4. Chopped fresh basil - 1 cup
5. Crushed garlic - 2 cloves
6. Celery, chopped - 3 stalks
7. Grated Parmesan cheese - ⅔ cup

How to cook deliciously - Parmesan and Basil Chicken Salad

1. Stage

Season chicken with salt and pepper. Roast at 375 degrees F (190 degrees C) for 35 minutes, or until juices run clear. Let cool, and chop into chunks.

In a food processor, puree the mayonnaise, basil, garlic, and celery.

3. Stage

Combine the chunked chicken, pureed mixture, and Parmesan cheese; toss. Refrigerate, and serve.
