Ingredients for - Oven-Steamed Salmon

1. Salmon fillet - 1 (1 pound)
2. Salt - ½ teaspoon
3. Ground black pepper - ½ teaspoon
4. Chopped garlic - 2 tablespoons
5. Chopped crystallized ginger - 2 tablespoons
6. Dry white wine - ½ cup
7. Low-sodium soy sauce - ½ cup

How to cook deliciously - Oven-Steamed Salmon

1. Stage

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).

Place salmon in a large baking dish and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Spread with garlic and ginger and pour wine and soy sauce gently over top. Cover with aluminum foil.
