Ingredients for - Oxtail Soup II

1. Beef oxtail 1 pound
2. Cubed beef stew meat 1 pound
3. Potatoes, chopped 6
4. Onions, chopped 2
5. Roma (plum) tomatoes, quartered 2
6. Celery, chopped 6 stalks
7. Carrots, chopped 2
8. Cabbage, chopped ½ medium head
9. Cucumbers, sliced 2
10. Beef bouillon 4 cubes
11. Ground black pepper to taste 4 cubes

How to cook deliciously - Oxtail Soup II

1 . Stage

In a large stock pot add oxtail, beef, potatoes, onion, tomatoes, celery, carrots, cabbage and cucumbers. Fill stock pot with water until all ingredients are covered.

2 . Stage

Stir in bouillon cubes and season with pepper. Cook over medium heat until vegetables are tender and beef is cooked through.
