Ingredients for - Oxtail Soup II

1. Beef oxtail - 1 pound
2. Cubed beef stew meat - 1 pound
3. Potatoes, chopped - 6
4. Onions, chopped - 2
5. Roma (plum) tomatoes, quartered - 2
6. Celery, chopped - 6 stalks
7. Carrots, chopped - 2
8. Cabbage, chopped - ½ medium head
9. Cucumbers, sliced - 2
10. Beef bouillon - 4 cubes
11. Ground black pepper to taste - 4 cubes

How to cook deliciously - Oxtail Soup II

1. Stage

In a large stock pot add oxtail, beef, potatoes, onion, tomatoes, celery, carrots, cabbage and cucumbers. Fill stock pot with water until all ingredients are covered.

2. Stage

Stir in bouillon cubes and season with pepper. Cook over medium heat until vegetables are tender and beef is cooked through.
