2. Butter flavored cooking spray - 2 pounds
3. Canola oil or corn oil - 2 teaspoons
4. Oyster sauce - ¼ cup
5. Lemon pepper - ¼ cup
6. Garlic powder - ¼ cup

How to cook deliciously - Oyster Sauce Fish

1. Stage

Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Place fillets in skillet; spray fillets with butter spray. Sprinkle with lemon pepper and garlic powder. Cook 4 to 5 minutes.
