Ingredients for - Pat's Baked Beans

1. Bacon - 6 slices
2. Chopped onion - 1 cup
3. Garlic, minced - 1 clove
4. Pinto beans - 1 (16 ounce) can
5. Great northern beans, drained - 1 (16 ounce) can
6. Baked beans - 1 (16 ounce) can
7. Red kidney beans, drained - 1 (16 ounce) can
8. Garbanzo beans, drained - 1 (15 ounce) can
9. Ketchup - ¾ cup
10. Molasses - ½ cup
11. Packed brown sugar - ¼ cup
12. Worcestershire sauce - 2 tablespoons
13. Yellow mustard - 1 tablespoon
14. Pepper - ½ teaspoon

How to cook deliciously - Pat's Baked Beans

1. Stage

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).

2. Stage

Place bacon in a large, deep skillet. Cook over medium high heat until evenly brown. Drain, reserving 2 tablespoons of drippings, crumble and set aside in a large bowl. Cook the onion and garlic in the reserved drippings until onion is tender; drain excess grease and transfer to the bowl with the bacon.

3. Stage

To the bacon and onions add pinto beans, northern beans, baked beans, kidney beans and garbanzo beans. Stir in ketchup, molasses, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, mustard and black pepper. Mix well and transfer to a 9x12 inch casserole dish.

Cover and bake in preheated oven for 1 hour.
