1. White sugar - 1 cup
2. Butter - ⅓ cup
3. All-purpose flour - ⅓ cup
4. Egg - 1
5. Vanilla extract - 1 teaspoon
6. Fresh peaches - pitted, skinned, and sliced - 3 cups
7. Pastry for a 9 inch single crust pie - 1 recipe

How to cook deliciously - Peach Cream Pie I

1. Stage

Line a 9 inch pie pan with crust. Place peaches in the unbaked pie shell.

2. Stage

Cream together the sugar and butter or margarine. Add the egg, flour, and vanilla; mix together completely. Spread this mixture over the top of the peaches.

3. Stage

Bake at 300 degrees F (150 degrees C) for 1 hour.
