Ingredients for - Peach Gravy

1. Fresh peaches - peeled, pitted, and diced - 2 cups
2. Dry white wine - 2 cups
3. Roast drippings - 4 tablespoons
4. White sugar - ½ cup
5. Rice wine vinegar - 4 tablespoons
6. Dried thyme - ¼ teaspoon
7. Coarse-grain mustard - 1 tablespoon
8. Salt and ground black pepper to taste - 1 tablespoon

How to cook deliciously - Peach Gravy

1. Stage

Combine peaches, white wine, roast drippings, sugar, rice wine vinegar, and thyme in a saucepan. Cook over medium-low heat until sauce has thickened, about 30 minutes. Remove from heat.

Stir in mustard and season with salt and pepper. Puree sauce with a stick blender.
