Ingredients for - Quick Fruitcake

1. Butter for greasing, or as needed 1 tablespoon
2. Sifted all-purpose flour 2 ½ cups
3. Baking soda 1 teaspoon
4. Prepared mincemeat pie filling 1 (28 ounce) jar
5. Candied mixed fruit 2 cups
6. Sweetened condensed milk 1 (14 ounce) can
7. Chopped walnuts 1 cup
8. Eggs, lightly beaten 2 large

How to cook deliciously - Quick Fruitcake

1 . Stage

Preheat the oven to 300 degrees F (150 degrees C). Butter two 9x4-inch pans, then line them with parchment paper. Butter the parchment paper.

2 . Stage

Sift flour with baking soda into a medium bowl.

3 . Stage

In a large bowl, combine mincemeat, fruit, condensed milk, nuts, and beaten eggs. Fold in flour mixture until well combined. Pour into the prepared pans.

4 . Stage

Bake in the preheated oven until the centers spring back and the tops are golden brown, about 2 hours. Allow to cool in the pans. Turn cakes out onto a wire rack; remove parchment paper.
