7. Onion, chopped 1 medium
8. Garlic, minced 4 cloves
9. Crushed tomatoes, with liquid 1 (28 ounce) can
10. Black beans, drained and rinsed 1 (15 ounce) can
11. Chili beans in spicy sauce, undrained 1 (15 ounce) can
12. Whole kernel corn, drained 1 (15 ounce) can
13. Tomato paste 1 (6 ounce) can
14. Chili powder 1 tablespoon
15. Dried oregano ½ teaspoon
16. Ground black pepper ½ teaspoon
17. Cayenne pepper, or to taste ¼ teaspoon

1 . Stage

Heat oil in a large pot over medium-high heat. Stir in zucchini, yellow squash, bell peppers, jalapeño, onion, and garlic; cook and stir until tender, about 5 minutes.
