Ingredients for - Roasted Chickpeas

1. Chickpeas (garbanzo beans), drained - 1 (15 ounce) can
2. Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
3. Garlic salt, or to taste - 1 pinch
4. Cayenne pepper, or to taste - 1 pinch
5. Salt, or to taste - 1 pinch

How to cook deliciously - Roasted Chickpeas

1. Stage

Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F (230 degrees C).

Blot chickpeas with a paper towel to dry them.

3. Stage

Toss chickpeas and olive oil in a bowl. Season to taste with garlic salt, cayenne, and salt and toss again.

Spread chickpeas on a rimmed baking sheet.
