Prepare the sourdough. Dissolve sugar and yeast in 50 ml of warm milk. Leave for 10 minutes. Add 2 tbsp. of flour of the total volume and make the sourdough. Place in a warm place for 30 minutes. I made the dough with the help of a bread machine. Pour the raised brew into the bucket of the bread machine, add the remaining warm milk of 150 ml, eggs, melted butter, sugar, salt and vanillin.

Knead the dough in the "Dough" mode.

Place the prepared dough on a flour-dusted silicone mat and roll out the entire dough into a rectangle.

Fold the dough in triplicate and pinch the edges, rolling a little on top with a rolling pin. You get a rectangle.

Twist each strip in a roll 3-4 times and make a ring, pinch the ends. Line a baking tray with baking paper and put the rolls on it. Place in a warm place for 20 minutes. Brush the risen rolls with egg yolk.
