2. 1/2 lb. sweet Italian pork sausage -
3. 4 c. Swanson® Chicken Broth -
4. 1/2 tsp. dried oregano leaves -
5. 1 medium onion -
6. 1 medium carrot -
7. 2 c. coarsely chopped fresh spinach leaves -

How to cook deliciously - Sausage and Spinach Soup

1. Stage

Spray a 4-quart saucepot with the cooking spray and heat over medium-high heat for 1 minute. Add the sausage and cook until it's well browned, stirring often. Pour off any fat.

2. Stage

Stir the broth, oregano, onion and carrot in the saucepan. Heat to a boil. Reduce the heat to low. Cover and cook for 10 minutes or until the sausage is cooked through.
