Ingredients for - Sausage Cheese Balls

1. 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese -
2. 3 tablespoons biscuit/baking mix -
3. 1 tablespoon finely chopped onion -
4. 1 tablespoon finely chopped celery -
5. 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder -
6. 1/8 teaspoon pepper -
7. 1/4 pound bulk pork sausage -
8. Optional: Sweet-and-sour and barbecue sauces -

How to cook deliciously - Sausage Cheese Balls

1. Stage

Preheat oven to 375°. In a small bowl, combine the first 6 ingredients. Crumble sausage over mixture and mix lightly but thoroughly. Shape into 1-in. balls.

2. Stage

Place in a shallow baking pan coated with cooking spray. Bake, uncovered, until golden brown and no longer pink inside, 12-15 minutes. Drain on paper towels. Serve with sauces if desired.
