Ingredients for - Sauteed Lacinato Kale

1. Lacinato kale, rinsed and dried 1 bunch
2. Olive oil 1 tablespoon
3. Garlic, minced 2 cloves
4. Crushed red pepper flakes ¼ teaspoon
5. Water 2 tablespoons
6. Red wine vinegar 1 tablespoon
7. Salt to taste 1 tablespoon

How to cook deliciously - Sauteed Lacinato Kale

1 . Stage

Cut along both sides of kale ribs and discard. Stack kale leaves and slice crosswise into ribbons.

2 . Stage

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Saute garlic and crushed red pepper until fragrant, 20 to 30 seconds. Add kale; toss and saute for 3 minutes. Add water and continue cooking until kale is just wilted, 2 to 3 minutes more.

3 . Stage

Drizzle with red wine vinegar and season with salt. Toss and serve.
