1. Red potatoes, thinly sliced - 4
2. Aluminum foil - 1 sheet
3. Onion, chopped - 1 large
4. Butter, cubed - ¼ cup
5. Chopped fresh basil - ¼ cup
6. Garlic, chopped - 4 cloves
7. Salt and pepper to taste - 4 cloves

How to cook deliciously - Scalloped Potatoes for the BBQ

Preheat the grill for medium heat.

Layer potatoes on aluminum foil with onion, butter, basil, and garlic. Season with salt and pepper. Fold foil around potatoes to make a packet; seal well.

Place packet on the preheated grill over indirect heat and cook until potatoes are tender, about 30 minutes. Turn over packet halfway through cooking.
