1. Red potatoes, thinly sliced 4
2. Aluminum foil 1 sheet
3. Onion, chopped 1 large
4. Butter, cubed ¼ cup
5. Chopped fresh basil ¼ cup
6. Garlic, chopped 4 cloves
7. Salt and pepper to taste 4 cloves

1 . Stage

Preheat the grill for medium heat.

2 . Stage

Layer potatoes on aluminum foil with onion, butter, basil, and garlic. Season with salt and pepper. Fold foil around potatoes to make a packet; seal well.

3 . Stage

Place packet on the preheated grill over indirect heat and cook until potatoes are tender, about 30 minutes. Turn over packet halfway through cooking.
