Ingredients for - Seaweed (Nori) Soup

1. Ground pork - 1 pound
2. Water - 2 quarts
3. Chicken bouillon - 1 cube
4. Sliced water chestnuts - 1 (8 ounce) can
5. Nori (dry seaweed), broken into pieces. - 3 sheets
6. Egg, beaten - 1 large
7. Salt - ½ teaspoon
8. Green onions, chopped - 4
9. Sesame oil - ¾ teaspoon

How to cook deliciously - Seaweed (Nori) Soup

1. Stage

Cook ground pork in a large saucepan over medium-high heat until browned. Drain off excess fat and add water. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to medium, and simmer uncovered for 15 minutes.

2. Stage

Stir in bouillon cube to dissolve. Add water chestnuts and nori. Stir in egg and season with salt. Remove from heat and mix in green onions and sesame oil. Serve immediately.
