5. Creole seasoning - 3 tablespoons
6. Lemon, juiced - 1
7. Minced garlic - 1 tablespoon
8. Italian seasoning - 2 teaspoons
9. Paprika, divided - 1 teaspoon
10. Red pepper flakes - ½ teaspoon
11. Salt and ground black pepper - 1 pinch
12. Red bell pepper, cut into 2-inch pieces - 1
13. Yellow bell pepper, cut into 2-inch pieces - 1
14. Orange bell pepper, cut into 2-inch pieces - 1
15. Cherry tomatoes, halved - 1 ½ cups
16. Onion, cut into 2-inch pieces - 1
17. Andouille sausages, sliced - 4
18. Lemon, cut into wedges - 1
19. Uncooked medium shrimp, peeled and deveined - 1 pound
20. Creole seasoning - ½ teaspoon
21. Chopped fresh parsley, or to taste - 2 tablespoons
22. Finely chopped green onion, or to taste - 2 tablespoons

1. Stage

Place potatoes into a large pot and cover with salted water; bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium-low and simmer until tender, 10 to 12 minutes. Dotdash Meredith Food Studios
