1. Sashimi-grade salmon, cut into small cubes - 1 pound
2. Shoyu (Japanese soy sauce) - 1 cup
3. Chopped green onion - ½ cup
4. Finely chopped sweet onion (such as Vidalia®) - ¼ cup
5. Sesame oil - 2 tablespoons
6. Finely crushed macadamia nuts - 2 tablespoons
7. Sesame seeds - 1 tablespoon
8. Red pepper flakes - 1 tablespoon
9. Grated fresh ginger - ½ tablespoon
10. Ground black pepper - 1 teaspoon

1. Stage

Place salmon, shoyu, green onion, onion, sesame oil, macadamia nuts, sesame seeds, red pepper flakes, ginger, and pepper in a large bowl. Mix thoroughly.
