1. Sashimi-grade salmon, cut into small cubes 1 pound
2. Shoyu (Japanese soy sauce) 1 cup
3. Chopped green onion ½ cup
4. Finely chopped sweet onion (such as Vidalia®) ¼ cup
5. Sesame oil 2 tablespoons
6. Finely crushed macadamia nuts 2 tablespoons
7. Sesame seeds 1 tablespoon
8. Red pepper flakes 1 tablespoon
9. Grated fresh ginger ½ tablespoon
10. Ground black pepper 1 teaspoon

How to cook deliciously - Mainland Poke

1 . Stage

Place salmon, shoyu, green onion, onion, sesame oil, macadamia nuts, sesame seeds, red pepper flakes, ginger, and pepper in a large bowl. Mix thoroughly.

Marinate in the refrigerator for 1 hour before serving.
