2. Shoyu (Japanese soy sauce) - 1 cup
4. Finely chopped sweet onion (such as Vidalia®) - ¼ cup
6. Finely crushed macadamia nuts - 2 tablespoons

1. Stage
Place salmon, shoyu, green onion, onion, sesame oil, macadamia nuts, sesame seeds, red pepper flakes, ginger, and pepper in a large bowl. Mix thoroughly.

Marinate in the refrigerator for 1 hour before serving.
