2. 2 tablespoons ranch salad dressing mix -
3. 4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves (6 ounces each) -
4. Optional: Celery ribs or crusty sandwich buns, crumbled blue cheese, additional wing sauce and ranch salad dressing -

How to cook deliciously - Shredded Buffalo Chicken

1. Stage

In a 3-quart slow cooker add the sauce, dressing mix and chicken. Cook on low until meat is tender, about three to four hours.

2. Stage

Use two forks, shred the chicken and mix well with sauce. Serve it as you please, crumbling blue cheese on top and drizzling with additional wing sauce and ranch dressing.
