1. Chopped cooked shrimp meat - 2 cups
2. Chopped red bell pepper - 1 cup
3. Chopped fresh pineapple - 1 cup
4. Avocado, peeled, pitted and chopped - 1
5. Red onion, finely chopped - ½
6. Cilantro, chopped - ½ bunch
7. Garlic, minced - 1 clove
8. Serrano pepper, minced, or to taste - 1
9. Limes, juiced - 2
10. Salt and pepper to taste - 2

1. Stage

Stir the shrimp, bell pepper, pineapple, avocado, onion, cilantro, garlic, serrano pepper, lime juice, salt, and pepper together in a glass or ceramic mixing bowl until evenly combined. Cover, and refrigerate 1 hour before serving.
