1. Chopped cooked shrimp meat 2 cups
2. Chopped red bell pepper 1 cup
3. Chopped fresh pineapple 1 cup
4. Avocado, peeled, pitted and chopped 1
5. Red onion, finely chopped ½
6. Cilantro, chopped ½ bunch
7. Garlic, minced 1 clove
8. Serrano pepper, minced, or to taste 1
9. Limes, juiced 2
10. Salt and pepper to taste 2

Stir the shrimp, bell pepper, pineapple, avocado, onion, cilantro, garlic, serrano pepper, lime juice, salt, and pepper together in a glass or ceramic mixing bowl until evenly combined. Cover, and refrigerate 1 hour before serving.
