1. Ground beef - 1 pound
2. White onion, chopped - ¼
3. Garlic salt - 1 ½ teaspoons
4. Salt and ground black pepper to taste - 1 ½ teaspoons
5. Zucchini - 2
6. Tomato sauce - 1 (15 ounce) can
7. Oil, or as needed - 1 tablespoon

How to cook deliciously - Simple Meatballs with Zoodles

1. Stage

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

Combine ground beef, onion, garlic salt, salt, and pepper in a bowl; mix well. Shape into 1 1/2-inch balls. Arrange meatballs in a glass baking pan.

Bake in the preheated oven until meatballs are browned, about 20 minutes.

Cut zucchini into noodle shapes with a spiralizer.
