1. Water-packed firm tofu, drained and rinsed 1 (16 ounce) package
2. Nutritional yeast 6 tablespoons
3. Garlic powder, or to taste (Optional) ½ teaspoon
4. Salt and ground black pepper to taste ½ teaspoon
5. Olive oil 1 ½ tablespoons

How to cook deliciously - Pan-Fried Tofu

1 . Stage

Slice tofu into 1/4-inch-thick slabs.

2 . Stage

Place nutritional yeast on a plate. Mix in garlic powder, salt, and pepper.

3 . Stage

Roll tofu slices in nutritional yeast mixture until evenly coated.

4 . Stage

Heat oil in a nonstick skillet over low to medium heat. Add tofu slices; cook until golden brown and crispy, 3 to 5 minutes per side.
