1. Skinless, boneless chicken breast halves - 6 (5 ounce)
2. Whole milk - ½ cup
3. Room-temperature eggs, lightly beaten - 3 large
4. Garlic powder, or to taste - 1 pinch
5. Onion powder, or to taste - 1 pinch
6. Ground paprika, or to taste - 1 pinch
7. Rubbed sage, or to taste - 1 pinch
8. Salt and ground black pepper to taste - 1 pinch
9. All-purpose flour - 4 cups
10. Vegetable oil for frying, or as needed - 2 cups

How to cook deliciously - Crispy Fried Chicken Strips

1. Stage

Cut each chicken breast into 3 strips and place in a large bowl. Add milk, eggs, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, sage, salt, and pepper. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.

Heat oil in a deep-fryer or large saucepan to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
