1. Red leaf lettuce - 1 head
2. Red bell pepper, chopped - 1
3. Green onion, thinly sliced - 1 stalk
4. Extra-virgin olive oil - 3 tablespoons
5. Red wine vinegar - 1 tablespoon
6. Balsamic Vinegar - 1 tablespoon
7. Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
8. Salt, or to taste - ½ teaspoon
9. Dijon mustard, or more to taste - ¼ teaspoon
10. Freshly ground black pepper to taste - ¼ teaspoon

How to cook deliciously - Simple Red Leaf Salad

1. Stage

Wash red leaf lettuce, separate the leaves, and spin dry in a salad spinner. Tear leaves into bite-sized pieces and transfer to a salad bowl with bell pepper and scallion.

2. Stage

Combine olive oil, red wine vinegar, balsamic vinegar, lemon juice, salt, mustard, and pepper in a resealable jar. Close and shake until well combined.
