1. Olive oil - 1 teaspoon
2. Yellow onion, diced - 1 medium
3. Poblano pepper, diced - 1
4. Garlic, minced - 2 cloves
5. Chicken broth - 1 (32 ounce) container
6. Shredded cooked chicken breast - 1 ½ pounds
7. No-salt-added navy beans, rinsed and drained - 2 (15.5 ounce) cans
8. Frozen corn - 1 (10 ounce) package
9. Ground cumin - 1 teaspoon
10. Chili powder - ½ teaspoon
11. Ground black pepper - ½ teaspoon
12. Salt to taste - ½ teaspoon

1. Stage

Preheat a deep skillet over medium heat. Add olive oil, then onion, poblano pepper, and garlic. Saute until onion is translucent, about 5 minutes. Add chicken broth, shredded chicken, navy beans, corn, cumin, chili powder, pepper, and salt; bring to a boil.
