How to cook deliciously - Skinless chicken thighs in marinade
1. Stage
Remove the skin from the ham (I have already removed).
2. Stage
Slice an onion
3. Stage
Put the chicken in a container, put the onions in it, pour the soy sauce, wine, water, add seasoning to taste. You probably can't see it very well in the photo, but the marinade covers the chicken by a little more than half. I turned it a couple of times just in case. I think it could be poured whole and not add water, but I ran out of soy sauce. Time: I had it like this for 12 hours. In principle, a couple or three hours is enough - the chicken marinates quickly, but I like the meat in the marinade longer.
4. Stage
Now I poured some oil in a frying pan and fried for literally a couple of minutes on both sides at maximum power.
5. Stage
Turned the power down (I had a maximum of 6, I cooked on 4), added the onions and marinade, covered with a lid. I turned it a couple of times. It cooked for about 20 minutes, then stood just under the lid for half an hour on the burner, which had already been turned off.
6. Stage
That's what I ended up with. I didn't have time to take a picture on the plate))
